01 Can I get my $1.99 deposit refunded?

Yes. It is 100% refundable. If you decide not to back Sunflower X on Kickstarter, we will refund your deposit to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you do back us, the deposit will be deducted from your final purchase amount.

This deposit is not the full product payment. It is used to secure launch benefits, priority updates, and early supporter perks.

02 When will my order ship, and what if there is a delay?

Our current estimated delivery window is [Month / Year]. As with any new hardware product, manufacturing, certification, supply chain, and international logistics may affect the schedule. If timing changes, we will share updates as early and as clearly as possible.

Initial setup, personalization, and future software updates will typically require the Moonlex app and a stable connection. Once setup is complete, some core functions and daily automation routines can run on the device without needing your phone every time.

06 Does it use a camera, record conversations, or expose my sleep privacy?

No. Sunflower X does not use a camera for sleep monitoring, and it does not actively record conversations.

It uses a low-power mmWave sensing solution only to identify sleep-related state changes, without recording a user's specific sleep movements. Relevant data will be protected through dedicated encryption measures. A full Privacy Policy will be published before launch.
